A little about The Point…

The Point is to Love God.

To know and love Jesus and spur others toward knowing and loving Him through worship, learning, and prayer. We believe one place to do this is at one of our weekly gatherings.

The Point is to Love People.

To be a place where it is okay to be unfinished, to support each other, to hold each other accountable, to have compassion and create connections. We believe one place to do this is at one of our weekly LifeGroups.

The Point is to Serve All.

To serve God, the church, the community, and the world, using the gifts that God has given us. We believe one of the ways to do this is by being involved in one of our Ministry Teams and to send out believers to the community, the province, the country and the world. 

Therefore,

The Point is to Love God through drawing closer to Him, to Love people in our communities, and to Serve all by building God’s Kingdom here on earth.

The Point 2024 Church Goals

In obedience to God’s Word and because of Christ’s finished work, we prayerfully commit to…

1. developing foundational structures, policies, and principles for the long-term health of the Point Church

2. creating an inviting and supportive environment for families to connect to the life of the church, to encounter Jesus, and walk with Him through every stage of life

3. building internional relationships that empower our prople to discover and utilize their God-given gifts

4. practicing the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) by learning, framing, and applying, the call to go and make disciples of all nations

5. making biblical teaching and gospel-centred community accessible to people of all backgrounds

…through the power of the Holy Spirit.
