In 2003, The Point was started as a church on campus by a SFU Chaplain over the years it has grown and seen many people attend. As SFU Students saw it grow and had a heart to engage the whole city they began to create multiple gatherings across the city. So it has become The Points desire to see multiple gatherings in multiple places reaching multiple communities in Metro Vancouver with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our vision is to see people come to authentically know and Love God, to Love the People of our community as Christ loves us, and to Serve All so that they may have a glimpse of what the Kingdom of God looks like, and be welcomed into it.
